As a Customer Service cum Receptionist at Al Hameez Car Rental LLC, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing the reception area. Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting suitable rental vehicles based on their needs.

Handle incoming and outgoing calls, transferring calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Sort and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain an organized filing system for documents, records, and contracts.
